This month, we are proud to support People Helping People (PHP), a remarkable organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty by empowering low-income women, primarily single mothers, to achieve stable and meaningful employment. PHP serves over 1,000 women annually across multiple Utah counties, providing coaching, mentoring, and practical employment workshops that go beyond the basics.
Unlike traditional employment agencies, PHP teaches their clients the unspoken expectations employers value most—such as showing up consistently, maintaining a positive attitude, and contributing effectively in the workplace. Their holistic approach helps women not only get jobs but keep them and advance, transforming lives one step at a time.
